That's what inspired this year's Summer Drinks at Zeb's Coffeehouse. We wanted to create drinks that fit whatever kind of summer day you're having. Some are bright and refreshing. Some are nostalgic and comforting. And a few might become your new seasonal favorite.

Made with refreshing lemonade from Louisburg Cider Mill and swirled with our house-made blueberry basil sauce, this drink brings together bright citrus, juicy berries, and subtle herbal notes.

Blueberry Basil Matcha
Our house-made blueberry basil sauce takes on a different personality when paired with matcha.
Creamy, earthy matcha layers beautifully with the tart sweetness of blueberry and the delicate notes of fresh basil, creating a drink that feels vibrant, balanced, and refreshing.

Inspired by the classic London Fog, this version combines delicate jasmine green tea, honey, vanilla, and milk for a smooth and floral experience.

Summer flavors come in more than one form.
Some of the season's most recognizable flavors are the ones that bring back memories of campfires, backyard gatherings, and homemade desserts.
S'mores Latte
Inspired by campfires and summer evenings, the S'mores Latte brings together familiar flavors in a new way.
House-made toasted marshmallow sauce and rich semi-sweet mocha pair with espresso to create a drink inspired by campfires, toasted marshmallows, and long summer evenings. Finished with graham cracker crumbs and a toasted marshmallow, it's nostalgic, comforting, and unmistakably summer.
Iced Peach Cobbler Chai
Sweet peach, lightly spiced chai, and our house-made brown sugar cinnamon syrup come together in a drink inspired by a fresh-baked peach cobbler.
The result is refreshing yet comforting, balancing fruit, spice, and sweetness in a way that feels familiar and satisfying.
Peaches and Cream Frappe
For the warmest days of the season, our Peaches and Cream Frappe delivers a cool, creamy treat full of sweet peach flavor and smooth vanilla.
It's fruity, refreshing, and just indulgent enough to feel like a summer dessert in a cup.
Made From Scratch, Because It Matters
Many of the flavors featured throughout our Summer Menu begin right here in our kitchen.
From our blueberry basil sauce to the syrups featured throughout the menu, we make many of these components in-house using recipes we've carefully developed over time.
