She joined us full-time in July 2024, bringing her love for coffee and her warm, positive energy to every shift. From day one, she has been an incredible addition to the Zeb’s family, making every interaction a little brighter and every cup crafted with care.
Fast, Focused, and Full of Energy
If you’ve ever seen Marcella in action, you know that calling her “speedy” is an understatement. Whether she’s rolling out chocolate croissants or handling the closing shift like a pro, she moves with purpose—all while keeping her signature smile. She’s a multitasking master, effortlessly balancing efficiency with genuine kindness.
A Creative Touch in Every Cup and Corner
Marcella’s creativity doesn’t stop at coffee. You may have spotted delicate origami paper cranes and pumpkins tucked around the shop—those are all her handiwork! She brings this same artistic flair to her favorite part of the job: latte art. As a matcha lover (her go-to drink is an iced vanilla matcha latte with almond milk), she’s always experimenting with new designs, turning every cup into a mini masterpiece.
Balancing Dreams and Daily Life
But there’s more to Marcella than coffee and creativity—she’s also working toward her degree with a dream of becoming a children’s librarian. Juggling work and school is no small feat, but she does it with enthusiasm and determination. We’re proud to support her journey and can’t wait to see where her hard work leads her.
